A special event for a special exhibition.
The event conference that took place in Milan last January 13th as part of the solo photography exhibition “Skylines over me” by Pietro Broggini, has been a great success. In terms of participation, content, emotions.
There were many special guests: Cristina Tajani, council member of the Comune di Milano (Milan City Council) with responsibility for fashion, Senator Gabriele Albertini, former mayor of Milan, Dr Giampietro Borghini and many other leading figures in the field of finance and art.
Two lectures aroused a great deal of interest, the first one by Professor Carlo Berizzi (University of Pavia) on the theme “A changing city. Milan” and the following one by Dr Alessandro Trabucco, art critic and contemporary art journalist, on the themes “Urban photography: a critical analysis through the study of some authors” and “City and light in the work of Pietro Broggini”.
And finally the speech of Cristina Gilda Artese – arsprima president and event organizer — to conclude the event. Here are some captivating photos of the event and of Pietro Broggini’s solo exhibition… Enjoy!
This initiative was supported and sponsored by: Comune di Milano (Milan City Council), Lombardy Region, National Chamber for Italian Fashion, City of Frankfurt, AEM Foundation, Hines Italia, Atahotels, Vittorino Colombo Foundation.
